Aquapac waterproof case via Aquapac

If you’ve ever had your precious electronics ruined by a splash from the pool, sand on the beach, or sudden rainstorm, then this is the product for you. This is also for you if you crave to take your camera underwater to capture the depths of the sea… or your own bathtub. Either way, Aquapac makes a unique waterproof camera case in that the case can house a variety of different cameras — most waterproof cases out today are tailored to specific camera models, which is great if you know you’re going to keep that camera for awhile, but some of us have multiple gadgets or have members of the family who each have different cameras that they want to take underwater. The Aquapac waterproof cases are also made for numerous other electronics.

INTOVA INWD-IC600 Waterproof camera

Sunday, June 28th, 2009

Another cheapy but a goody.  Here is a great camera for the photographer who likes both rugged environments and protected, safe places to get that great shot. Not only does this little guy have a 2.4” LCD screen, 6 mega pixels, 12X zoom, and SD card capacity for up to 2 gigabytes, but it also comes with a special polycarbonite waterproof cover. This housing keeps the camera waterproof for up to 180 feet (54 meters). The double o-ring ensures an airtight compartment in comparison to the ikelite housings which are known for sealing problems. This camera only costs around $105.00, and at that price, this camera seems completely worth it.

Go on over to the INTOVA website to check out more details.
