Lensbaby: Control Freak

Anyone interested in experimental photography should definitely know about Lensbaby and their line of unique optics. Pictured here is the “Control Freak” which was set to have been released already, but the date has been pushed back. Some speculate that the earliest the lens will be available is September. The lenses currently available, however, are not disappointing in the least. Lensbabies allow the user to bend, tilt, and tweak the lenses in certain ways so as to achieve tunnel vision, blurs, and numerous other eye-catching movements within an image. Lensbabies are a bit pricey as non-standard lenses go, but the one-of-a-kind effects they create could be well worth it for experimental enthusiasts.
